The Standard Restaurant is the latest culinary venture from brothers Chris and Doug Blauvelt, who bring more than 50 years combined experience in the food industry. With several convenient restaurant locations, The Standard serves fresh, homecooked dishes from our made-from-scratch kitchen. Our knowledgeable staff brings many years of experience, as well as wonderful ability to create strong, contrasting flavors for every dish served at The Standard Restaurant.

About The Standard Restaurant

The Standard Restaurant serves amazing handcrafted cocktails, created by our professional bartenders. We also have an impressive wine and beer selection that is sure to satisfy even the most finicky of palates.

We are open seven days a week, serving lunch and dinner daily at The Standard. On Saturday and Sunday, The Standard also offers brunch with bottomless mimosas and Bloody Marys for just $20, all day every day. Guests have the choice to dine inside or out. You can call ahead, or book reservations online.

In addition to legendary food, drinks and hospitality, The Standard Restaurant offers an incredibly relaxed atmosphere with a lighthearted ambiance. The combination of iron beams, old brick walls, and thick wooden table tops add to the restaurant’s ultra-modern feel.
